* Kit features industrial quality iron pillow block bearings w/grease zerks, 1/4" grooved 1" shaft w/key stock, set screw collars, two wear-resistant 22 teeth sprockets for 530 chain, and four of our 1.5" diameter x 7/16"-NC threaded weldable slugs
* Kit also includes 300 tire width hardtail and two 530 chains and front and rear sprocket for 1991-up XL/Sportsters and jackshaft platform material w/gussets and brake bracket.
* Also, includes 300 width tire mounted on 10.5"x18" chrome spoked wheel and axle kit.
* In addition to the slugs being weldable into any desired alignment position, the sprockets, pillow blocks, and collars can be positioned side-to-side to suit virtually any application and alignment/offset position.
* Pillow blocks are slotted for 1/4" of front-to-rear for adjustment as chain wears in and stretches. (NOTE: if chain wears beyond the adjustability of the pillow blocks, cutting a link out of the chain or machining longer slots in the pillow blocks may be necessary)
* NOTE: Only parts shown in picture 1 thru 4 are included in this item. Stock frame shown is NOT included and is shown ONLY for illustrative purposes. Hardtail shown is for 300 tire being installed on a 2004-up H-D XL, however, we can do this kit for any year from 1991-up!!
