Level 3 XL Sportster Bobber Chopper Conversion Kits - brought to you by Bitter End - Old School Choppers - One-Stop Shopping for Hardcore Chopper Builders.
The bike in the pictures is a stock XL Sportster completely transformed to a stripped down bobber using parts in this kit. The customer started with only the motor and small section of frame shown above and completely changed the bike for a great price.
Kit Includes:
- DNA springer front end w/axle and Springer front brake setup.
- Hardtail that will handle up to a 200 series tire - Solo seat with bracket & hinge, stantions & springs.
- Trailer style flat fender with fender struts.
- Rear axle with hardware and adjuster kit and D.I.Y. axle spacer tube.
- Round barrel oil tank.
- Offset Front pulley/sprocket and longer belt (137T) or chain with spacers. Retain stock
rear pulley/sprocket (rear pulley shown is to illustrate powder-coated version of kit only).
- BEOSC battery tray. - Internal throttle - Aftermarket air cleaner and head breather kit.
- Starter button (mounts direct to solenoid to eliminate
wiring).
- Forward controls. - Handlebars with grips.
- Classic springer headlight with mount.
- Aftermarket taillight.
All parts in this kit come to you in raw condition which allows you to finish your bike however you like. However, powdercoat color(s) of your choice are available for an extra charge (just eMail us for a quote).
