+ Red 21" 40-Spoke Red Front Wheel w/ 21" narrow whitewall tire installed and mounted and balanced on the rim. Ready to put on your scoot and roll!!

Rims are red powdercoated.  Spokes are chromed.  Hubs have red powdercoated covers over chrome hubs.

Fits custom applications.  These have the pre-2000 2.0" locator rings for the pulley/sprocket/rotor on the hub flanges.
